Nonprofit Enrollment Process is Not Working

Hello. My organization applied for a nonprofit discount and it was approved through Goodstack. However, the activation process has not worked after that.

After approval, the next time I logged in, there was a banner which I clicked and was taken to a page to Choose a Plan. Unfortunately, there were no options to choose to remain with the current plan and the only option seemed to be to upgrade to another plan, which we did not want to do. I signed out and back in again and there was not a banner anymore. I have signed out and back in several times and there is no banner, so seemingly no way to initiate that process anymore.

I reached out to Goodstacks and they told me the follow the process I just described above. I responded and told them that process didn’t work and then they said they can’t help me as we have already been approved. They said to go through Asana help via the chat.

I have gone to Asana help via the chat many times and type “Speak to an agent”. This then triggers an error message with a Salesforce blue logo at the top, black text that says “Problem Logging In” and then text below it in a white box that says “We can’t log you in because of an authentication error”.

So in summary:
(1) The Asana nonprofit discount enrollment process did not work
(2) Goodstacks told me to do the process that did not work
(3) Goodstacks then told me they couldn’t help and to use Asana chat
(4) Asana chat does not work

I have no idea how I am supposed to get the discounted rate. None of the existing processes seem to work. Is there a human being available to assist in resolving this? Our nonprofit has spent several hours on this issue that are better spent on our mission.
