I need help with my discount coupon from TechSoup

Hello!
My team at Instituto Lamparina and I got a 50% discount on the Asana subscription for nonprofits. We are super excited because it will really help our work! However, I was unable to add the discount coupon sent by TechSoup when finalizing the payment. The message is that the coupon is invalid.

Has anyone had the same problem? I have already opened a ticket, but I would also like to know if anyone here has had the same problem and can help.

I would also like to know if we have a community in Portuguese and/or Spanish because that makes things much easier.

I’m not sure how this coupon is supposed to work, but I’m assuming you can get your nonprofit discount here: Asana for Nonprofits Discount Program: Asana discounts and support for nonprofits • Asana

This coupon was sended by TechSoup for us in an email, but when a put a coupon in a field, the message is that is invalid. I open a call to Asana human suport and I get more information with Tech Soup as well.

And this Spanish Forum is much better for me - mis hermanos latinos!

Welcome @LarissaDionisioLatam, and sorry for the trouble that you’re having. Your Support request (which may take up to a few days) should help you to resolve the problem.

Thanks for signing up for the next monthly Asana AMA for Nonprofits (that lists all the future ones in case you want to sign up for more than one). July 4 is a US holiday so I’m afraid the next one is Aug 6.
