We have submitted multiple help tickets, but not heard anything back from Asana over the past several days. This is immensely frustrating as we are trying to get this platform off the ground but are unable to obtain the support needed to enroll. Any assistance is appreciated.

Unfortunately we don’t have access to account details to assist you with this problem here in the Forum, but I see that your request has been successfully submitted to our Support team. They are currently handling a high volume of cases, but should get back to you soon.
In the meantime, we’d recommend trying to repeat the process in an incognito browser window to check if it might be a browser issue.
