No Comments in Inbox when Rule-Triggered Actions

Currently, when a task is reassigned through a rule, the notification appears in the Inbox, but any comments made during this action do not. This can lead to important context or discussions being missed by team members who rely on the Inbox for updates.

It would be incredibly helpful if comments added during rule-triggered actions, such as reassignments, would also appear in the Inbox. This would ensure that all relevant information and discussions are easily accessible to everyone involved in the task.

Do you mean that two messages need to appear in inbox? One for the status change and one for the added comment?

Personally I do not see any added value as the details of the task are visible in the right hand pane.

I admit that you would have to scroll down to see the latest comment. Maybe a sort option for the comments?
