No, as I advised it would be best to contact support. (And I havenât as I wasnât experiencing the issue)
Donât bother contacting support, they donât respond. I opened multiple tickets in last 30 days and never even got a confirmation email. NO chat or phone support. Iâm having continued issues with this integration/sync.

Support has been having some challenges lately. I wouldnât write them off though, as my recent experience with support was quite good.
I have to ask though, did you check your spam folder?
