Unfortunately here on the Forum team we don’t have access to this specific integration to test some of the issues reported on our end. The best way to have these escalated would be reaching out to our Support team and providing some examples of event creations that didn’t work well. They will be able to look into the logs and file a request with our Developers. If you run into issues using the Help Center, please follow these suggestions:
- Option 1: Access our Help Center in an incognito browser window and start the chat via the button at the bottom right without logging in. This way, you will not run into the authentication issue that is still in the process of being fixed.
- Option 2: If incognito mode doesn’t work on your end, please use this temporary form to submit your request to our Support team.
@Jan-Rienk, great questions. This iteration has been fully launched for now, and there are no immediate plans to add more functionalities. However, two-way sync is a highly requested feature that is on our radar.
I’m passing all the feedback in this thread to the Product team, and hopefully, these suggestions can be implemented in the future.
