Need to discuss moving your tasks and projects to the new Organization.

So I just upgraded, and sales told me to get in touch with support to have them move my new upgraded workspace to my current domain that I had set up on the free plan. Then to have support covert workplace to an organization so I can have all of my old projects and teams.

So far, It’s been challenging to get a person from support. I need my account to move over asap. How do you get to support or submit a ticket?
