Need help changing/adding account email address

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
I am a brand new user and need to change my account email address and add new addresses. I have gone through the steps of adding an address (by “Adding New Email” just as the knowledge base instructs), but the system is not sending out a verification of any kind or accepting any of my addresses. I’ve checked my spam and junk, tried other browsers, nothing is working. Can someone help me? I’m also feeling like getting from a real person is not possible. Is there a better way that I just can’t find? THANKS!

The verification email should have been sent to your new email address. More info on adding your email here: https://asana.com/guide/help/fundamentals/settings#gl-add-email in case you were following different steps.

If you’re still running into trouble, please contact our Support Team following these steps: https://forum.asana.com/t/how-do-i-contact-support/19057/7, they will be able to manually add this email address for you.
