Need another small business tier between Basic (free) and Premium

I like the basic version but would be happy to pay for a slightly elevated version. Examples of added tools include: Client or master project level (using project/task/sub-task can approximate but not the same), recurring task (for example monthly), allowing a task assignee to see project name but not share full project, multiple assignees for tasks or at least cc on a task. Just a few ideas. I really don’t need at this time all the rest of what is in Premium that would jump cost from free to $50-$60 a month for a team of subs with whom I work. If I have this wrong and there are options, glad to hear about it.
