As a project manager, it is essential for us to have a feature that allows multiple task date shifts. Monday has this feature…not sure why Asana does not. This is a critical need in project management. Dependent task feature is not an option for us.

The best way I know to do this, without using dependencies, is to use the timeline view.
Zoom out using Ctrl and minus key [-] (or Cmd and minus on Mac) so you can see all the tasks you want to see altogether in one screen.
Then click and drag a fence/marquee around all the tasks (that you want to shift) to select them.
Click and drag the first task (or last task) and move it to the new date range, which will shift all the other tasks also, relative to it.
