We usually don’t recommend to list several feedback in one thread as it becomes very difficult for other users to support for the desired feature request and for us to follow-up!
I was doing some searching in the Forum and I found a few threads regarding the topics you have mentioned here. I’m listing them below and I would encourage you to cast your vote and comment in case you haven’t done it yet.
Also in the portfolio view of the listed projects, the description of what each project is in this view would also be very useful!
It would be great to have a section in the top menu (Lists, Boards, Timeline) for a project charter so we can give a high-level view of the outcome, principles, and other project information. Currently I have to create a task which gets lost.
Conversations isn’t what I want as a charter is done and done and needs no further conversation.
There may be a good way to do this (other than creating a task for it), but it would be really helpful to have a page or section that was a sort of wiki containing basic information about the project. We have tried have a task for it, tried using the project description, and tried using conversations, but all are a bit clunky for this purpose.

FEATURE IDEA | Introduce a Preview Feature that displays a brief overview of a Task/Project when you hover over the Task/Project Name. It could be a Hack that can be turned on and off.
