As our team relies more on portfolios, managing permissions has become a challenge. Right now, when I add members, I use the “grant access to all projects in this portfolio” option, which works well when they need full access. But often, they don’t—so I end up granting access to everything and then manually removing them from unneeded projects.
I’d love a feature that lets portfolio admins preview and select which projects a user gets access to before confirming—like the “Manage Individual Projects” setting. This would make permission management much smoother.
To clarify, we have about 60-70 users in our environment. I could see how this feature might not apply to larger teams.
