A small but useful update landed in Portfolio Sharing. You will notice that the checkbox in the portfolio Share dialog has changed from ‘Give access to all projects in this portfolio where I am project admin’ to ‘Give access to all projects in this portfolio that I can share’, and that tiny change actually means a lot: Bulk-add now works for any project where you can manage membership, not just projects where you’re the project admin. 
What changed
Until now, the bulk-add checkbox only worked on projects where you were the project admin. If you were the project admin on some projects but only an editor on others, the editor-level projects were out of reach. You had to add people manually, one project at a time.
Bulk-add from Portfolio now works on any project where you can manage membership, whether you are a project editor or admin.
One thing worth noting: the update expands who can use the feature, not what it bypasses. If you don’t have membership-management rights on a specific project, bulk add still won’t apply there.
