Missing projects "It looks like you don't have access to this"

A couple of weeks ago I left a project. Today I logged in and now two private projects are missing and when I click direct links to them i had in my email, I get the error " It looks like you don’t have access to this". Both projects were private and I didn’t receive emails about them being deleted. Why have I lost access? An entire 9-week course I wrote is in there, I would hate to lose the two missing projects.

When you get that message I believe it could be that access rights/membership changed such that you no longer have access, or it was deleted.

If you can, check with others at your org who had access to see if they still do or can explain what happened.

You can also email your links and this description and any other details to support@asana.com to see if they can help determine the cause and provide access again.
