Missing E-Mail Custom Field for Rules

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

When attempting to create a rule for a project, I would like to trigger an email to the address in a custom field. The field is set properly and visible to the project. However, when setting up the rule, and selecting “Use address in custom field”, the field is not in the pull-down list.

I think you’re referring to the “Send email notification” rule action provided by our Flowsana integration, is that right?
