Outlook Integration - Email Address and Use of People Custom Fields

Hi all! I’ve been using these forums a lot and I’m happy to be making my first post :slight_smile:

I have a project that is successfully sending emails to users added to a custom field (people). However, I tried setting up the same workflow in another project and I am getting an error with the rule. Specifically, it seems Asana isn’t accepting the email address, or pulling it from the email address attribute of the people included in the custom field.

I’ve attempted sharing the same field across projects and using the one that works in one project in the other, but unfortunately it still doesn’t seem to work.

Any advice on getting Outlook to send emails?
