We have a form that is going to be used as a “Voice of the Customer” form. In that form they will be able to choose a topic that will assign a tag to their feedback. Based off that tag we are wanting to have an email sent with the details of that submission to someone in our organisation. Many of the teams that these will be sent to don’t have Asana so we are hoping we can use an integration or something to have it send an email via outlook to a specific individual in the company.

@Paige_Porter - this should be possible with the Outlook integration rule action, assuming your organization allows you to use it. Basically, you would create a rule like: When {task is added to this project} → check if {task is added from VOC form AND custom field is value} → send email.
You would create branches for each combo of field values/email destinations you need, and in the rule action, you would designate where you’re sending the email and what information you’re including.

Or the Gmail integration rule action would also work for those coming upon this thread using Gmail.
