Migration to different email address

I’m using Asana for my client work - mainly the workspace option.

As part of a rebrand of my business I am sunsetting the email ID I used to setup Asana and create the client workspaces. With this comes the necessity to move the current Asana setup/instance to my new email ID.

What’s the best way to do this the least amount of effort?

Go to your profile settings and add another email into the email forwarding tab. That will merge accounts and allow to navigate across various organization using the same account. Does that answer your need?

Thank you for getting in touch, @Thomas_F_Meier. As @Bastien_Siebman mentioned, please add your new email address to your existing Asana account. If you also need to update the email domain associated with your Organization, please get in touch with a member of our User Operations team and they will get this sorted for you.
