We have a customer who is currently using an ASANA account that is being managed by another company. They are using it to manage their projects. Our customer was informed that they will no longer be able to use the shared ASANA Account as it is being removed. So our customer is going to have to create a whole new account with a different email domain. My question is, will they be able to export their current workspace and import it into their new workspace?

To provide the best solution, we’d need more details about their account setup and the types of spaces they’re a member of. That said, it is generally possible to move projects between spaces using either the CSV export/import method or a third-party integration like Ditto: Ditto - Need to copy projects between workspaces?.
For a more tailored solution, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team. They can review their account setup and data volume to suggest the best approach for their specific needs.
