I had the same question for my personal organization and I wanted to use the new AI features without waiting until 2025, so I checked with the sales team. If you subscribe to an Asana plan yourself (not through agency or sales), the following steps might help. Otherwise, you might need to contact sales or support for help.
- Click “Upgrade” on top-right in the product
- On the interstitial page (
app.asana.com/0/billing/pricing
), there’s an option to switch to the new plan - We can switch plans with no additional cost
As far as I checked yesterday, we cannot move to the new plan from admin console. I’ll report internally to make it possible (update: admin console wasn’t changed):
