Made a team admin and still says team has no admin

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Team with a team admin still shows as not having a team admin with button to become one (first screen shot), which then shows spinning working indicator (second screen shot)

Steps to reproduce:
Add a team admin
See button to still add one
Add (again)

Browser version:
Chrome current

Hi @lpb, sorry to hear that! Would you be able to try again and let us know if the issue persists? We had a partial outage yesterday and this might be connected to that. Happy to further investigate if the issue continues
