It says that to add a new Team in my organization I should click Browse other Teams. But that option is not visible to me. Is that because of my permissions? Because of my account?
You don’t have a “Add Team” above “Browse other Teams”? I do, but I am an admin…
No. I’m not sure if I’m an admin. But I don’t see Add Team or Browse other Teams.
Maybe you are in a workspace and not an organization. Can you have a look at the settings?

Welcome to the forum 
And thank you @Bastien_Siebman for jumping in here.
I can see that your account is an organisation in Asana and as @Bastien_Siebman already clarified, every member of an organisation can create teams by just hitting the orange “New” button on the top right.
Once you click on team you can add the team name, a description and pick the appropriate privacy setting.
There is even more information (and another way to create a new team) outlined here in our guide.
Could you please try it out and let us know if it works for you?

@Sonja_Legenstein do you have any explanation for the button not showing up in the left pane?
Hmm not from the top of my head. It should be there when using Asana in the browser.

This might be because you are on a workspace. Do you work at a company or by yourself?

Another possibility: If you are a “Guest” in an “Organization” (your login email domain doesn’t match the Org’s) you will not be able to create a Team.
