Hi, I am evaluating the trial version for a business.
It created a default team and I created 3 others. However 3 of them cannot be deleted. I click on Team/Edit Team Settings/ (or even Delete Team) and the standard window comes up without any way of saving/updating the settings.
The one team has “Delete Team” under the Advanced tab, but none of the others have it - so I am stuck with these teams and their settings.
I have tried with the fake intelligence and 5 emails and days later I hope to get some real intelligence answers here :).
This topic seems to be quite common, and I hope this does not mean my instance is corrupted.

Sorry to here about your troubles. If you go to the Members tab within a Team’s settings, can you make sure you are the Team Admin? Only a Team Admin can delete a team. If there is no existing Team Admin, you can claim this role.

Hi Richard - thanks for your reply.
I tried all that and much more, with no luck and then Support gave me this tip and it works:
decrease the screen magnification/zoom.
I reduced mine from 100% down to 90% using Chrome with no special settings and then in the Team Settings window “Advanced” tab you can then scroll to get to “Delete team”
The reason why one of Team’s settings was available was because it did not have a “public team notification” on the window to push down the delete button below the fold.
