Update: May 1, 2025: See Upcoming updates to Asana Starter and Advanced Plans and Pricing and packaging changes in 2025
As a result of this announcement, the following limitations no longer apply since Asana rolled back all limitations on Starter and Advanced plans, regarding Rules actions, Portfolios, Users, AI actions and Integrations.
No longer limitations:
- 2.8. Limit of 250 Rule actions per month for ‘Starter’ plan (org-wide)
- 2.9. Limit of 25,000 Rule actions per month for ‘Advanced’ plan (org-wide)
- 5.6. Limit of 100 Portfolios for Advanced Plan (org-wide)
- 15.2. Limit of 500 users on the ‘Starter’ and ‘Advanced’ plans
- 16.1. Limit of 150 AI Actions per month for ‘Starter’ plan (org-wide)
- 16.2. Limit of 1,500 AI Actions per month for ‘Advanced’ plan (org-wide)
Revised notes:
17.1. Limited to Advanced or Legacy Business plans to use Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce integrations.
This announcement changes the limitation from exclusively to Enterprise tiers, instead, making these integrations available also on the Advanced plan (as per the legacy Business plan).
