Hello, We are 70 members using Asana Starter plan, and we have a problem with auto creating rules in new projects. Some of new users make personal projects in which there are automated rules inserted. The user doesn’t know how it happened. Our plan allows 250 rules/month, but for now we are at 335 and there is still 9 days to go. Is it AI who creates automatically rules? How can I limit the team members in using rules or how can I limit AI?

I am afraid I do not believe there is a way to stop licensed members from creating rules.
You would need to remind all users about the limitation - which I understand is not convinient.

If you want to limit AI, you can switch it off from the admin console.
check this post to see how to navigate to the admin console and switch AI off. It is worth noting that you cannot resitrict AI from creating rules only. It is either on or off.
