Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I’ve enabled the Jira cloud integration in my organization and in several projects within my teams. Beginning last week, when I try to create a new Jira ticket or add an existing Jira ticket, I get the following error message: {“error”:“invalid_grant”,“error_description”:“Unknown or invalid refresh token.”}
Steps to reproduce:
Open any project
Add Jira cloud app
Enter existing Jira ID
The error message seen in the screenshot below is sent
Browser version: Google Chrome v96.0.4664.55

Thanks for flagging this! Could you please try these steps below and let me know if this resolves the issue?
- Access your “Profile Settings” by clicking on your profile pictures on the top right corner of Asana
- Click on the “Apps” tab
- Find Jira Cloud and click on “Deauthorize”
Once this is done, or if you do not see a Jira Cloud line, follow these steps in order to authorize and reconnect Asana to your Jira Cloud account: Integrate Asana with Jira Cloud and build interactive, connected workflows. • Asana Product Guide
