Is anyone else having the same issue? I’m noticing in different workspaces that Daily capacity for assignees is at 1 hours 12 mins, even though the settings are a default at 6 hours. Something must have happened over the weekend?
@Emily_Roman this should be categorized as a bug. I did submit a support ticket with screenshots, but I have had 3 previous clients reach out with the same issue of daily capacity settings limit being 6 hours, and in the main workload area it says 1 hr 12 mins. If I up the daily capacity settings to 12 hours, the workload view goes from 1 hr 12 mins to 2 hrs 24 mins.
Hi @Liv_Tillema,
I moved your post to Report a Bug. Can you make sure you’ve ruled out these troubleshooting steps and the copy the following and post answers? Thanks!

Updating to add the error was on my end via misunderstanding. When I was setting the 6 hours of capacity, it was for the week, hence why each day only had 1 hour 12 minutes visible. After correcting the issue, it works just fine. Apologies for the misunderstanding from my end!
