Is there a way to prevent exceeding the maximum workload (in my case 8 hours) at one day? So for example: in the workload-overview, sometimes the daily hours can run up to 10 or 11 hours. A way to prevent this is when you get a notification when the daily hour capacity has been reached. And if so, you (or someone else) no longer can add any tasks on that day. In stead of letting the workload-bar turn red. So it’s more of a precaution.
Hi @Manouk_van_Dijk, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
As it stands, it’s currently not possible to limit the number of tasks you get assigned once you reach your daily capacity. Workload allows you to see when the capacity was exceeded so you can drag and drop tasks to split the work: Workload • Asana
