Issue with Form Submission Emails Sending to Whole Team

We’re having a unique problem that I’ve never encountered before, but hoping someone else might have some insight. My team has a work request form that when submitted an email copy/notification goes to a general mailbox. So far, this mailbox has been the only one to receive the email copy. However, now there have been a few different times when a form is submitted that everyone in the project gets the email copy/notification. I don’t have any rules set up on this project & it’s not happening on every form submission, so I’m a bit stumped. Anyone have any thoughts as to what’s going on?

Email Notifications for Forms

We have set up forms for a couple of projects for our clients to submit work requests but none of our team are receiving email notifications about new tasks as they come through. We are only receiving ‘asana inbox’ notifications which we don’t see on a regular basis. We have all our email notifications turned on but are barely getting any notifications. Is there a way to set this up so that new submissions from forms sends email notifications?
