Our support team can help you move your domain and convert your Workspace. I recommend you to contact them and confirm the following information:
- Domain
- Name of the Workspace you would like to convert to an Organization
- If you have a paid plan associated with the Workspace and Organization, make sure the Admins are added to the conversation to speed up the process
- Confirm the name of the Organization you would like to deactivate
- You can also share the URL of this thread so you don’t need to explain everything again
