Issue: Viewing other user's tasks has stopped working

Since we first started using asana, we’ve been able to view another users tasks. A few years back, Asana required permission be granted to other teammembers to “manage their tasks”. We’ve all done that, and up until Friday, this feature was working great. However today, that feature has completely stopped working. Is a fix on the way for this? Anyone else experiencing it?

+1 here. Even clearing the filter doesn’t show anything after “loading” for some time.

If you all haven’t yet, I recommend reaching out to the Asana support team so they can investigate and create a ticket on this.

I have the same issue. So far, I haven’t received any feedback from support.

Same issue here. One user (“primary”) has shared their My Tasks with two other users (“delegates”). One of those delegate users is not having any issue at all. The other delegate can only see the primary user’s sections, but no tasks. However, the delegate can still rename the sections. Also, when the delegate clicks to add a new task nothing happens from his view, but he is in fact creating blank tasks on the primary user’s list. Removing and re-adding the delegate user did nothing. Everything else in Asana is working correctly for the delegate. I’ve also contacted Support.

Hi everyone and sorry for the trouble here! Our product team is aware of this issue and we are working on a fix. I will update this topic as soon as it’s fixed!

Confirming that this is resolved in our organization. Hopefully it’s resolved for everyone else, too.
