Is there any phone systems or VOIP systems that integrate with Asana?

Was looking for an APIs or integrations of phone/VOIP system or software that automatically creates a ASANA task.

@nolanfaselt - welcome to the forum! I am not aware of any native integrations with VoIP providers, however Asana does support Zapier, Make, and other 3rd-party integrators, so you should be able to set up what you want if your provider also interfaces already with those (or if they have a public API and you have technical resources who can build it).

Thank you for the response! I will take a look at Zaiper and Make. We are looking fora VoIP provider so we will find one that integrates with them so that all calls can be logged into asana and easily resolved from there.

@nolanfaselt - unfortunately I have no insight into this (I don’t work for Asana), but if this is something that would help your team, you could either:

  • Work with an Asana partner to get an integration set up (they can do the build/configuration if you don’t have the technical resources to tackle that)
  • Post in the Product Feedback channel here so that other users can lend their support for your idea. The Asana team monitors that feedback regularly
