Now this is a tricky one, but we use a software called call copy where our calls can be recorded and audited to better customer service.
Is there an integration with ASANA of some sort? I do not know why I need the integration yet. but it is mainly for selfish reasons…it is always easier to access all my action items from one project in ASANA 
Does Call Copy have an API? That would be a good start.
