IOS App not working

The following started when I lleft the organization I was in and started using my personal email address to login.

My Tasks > Task List shows “This couldn’t be loaded” message at the top.

I see the same message when I choose Incomplete Tasks or All Tasks in the filters; where ‘sort’ option is disabled too.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem persists.
