Error Message When Adding attachments

When attachments are added in a task receiving messages that the attachment could not be loaded? Is there a fix for this? My entire organization is experiencing this issue.

From what I have seen on the forum, Asana always suggests you reach out to support@asana.com so they can look at your specific situation.
