We are struggling with this issue for a few years now. Inviting new team members does not work. Emails do not send, confirmation code do not send. I don’t know what to do now. We are creating asana accounts prior to creating the person’s outlook email account. There is no other way for us. All resending link options just don’t work.
Please help.
