New team members outside of domain not receiving invite

I am trying to invite a new team member from outside my organisation/with a different domain name to join a team in Asana. They have not received the email invite, despite several attempts, and this has not landed in their junk folder either. I tested this with my gmail account have have encountered the same issue - the email is just not getting through. It is not in spam, junk, or my inbox. Please help.

In order to investigate this further, I recommend you to contact our support team: How to contact our Support Team ✉. Unfortunately I don’t have the tools in the forum to verify why you are not receiving the invitation.

When you contact them, please send them the URL of this thread and confirm the email address of the user you are trying to invite to speed up the process.
