New team members of my site outside of domain not receiving any kind of invite

I am trying to invite a new team member from outside my organization/with a different domain name to join a team in Asana. They have not received the email invite, despite several attempts, and this has not landed in their junk folder either. I tested this with my Gmail account have encountered the same issue - the email is just not getting through. It is not in spam, junk, or my inbox. Please help.


@ArslanAsh I would recommend reaching out to Asana support team following these steps: How to contact our Support Team ✉. I ran into the same issue for a particular user and have done the same. The ticket hasn’t been resolved yet but if I did any specific advice that might be helpful for you, I can share. I’d assume you would need to contact them directly regardless.
