Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
We noticed that in some cases the email generated from the Asana system said, “Person2FirstName Person2LastName added this task” but afterwards when looking at the feed underneath the task linked that Person2 just added a tag such as “Time Sensitive” but did not in fact create the task.
Steps to reproduce:
I am not sure exactly how to reproduce.
Browser version: I keep chrome up to date but here it is “Version 101.0.4951.67 (Official Build) (64-bit)”

Hi @Jerry_Reid, welcome to the Asana Community Forum! I just tried to reproduce the issue but in my case, the task creator was added correctly. From your description, it looks like this happens on specific scenarios.
Unfortunately, we’re not equipped in the forum to investigate this type of issue, so I’d recommend reaching out directly to our support team, they will be able to take a look in emails that were sent to you and determine where the assignee is not being added properly and why.
