If creative work needs to be approved but there are two approvers. Is there a way to streamline the process? So that the creative doesn’t need to insert in their ticket as well as the two approvers.

I am trying to lessen the work for the creative as well as have the work inserted and easily available when Directors receive notification for approval. Right now if the work isn’t in the Directors task, then they have to search for it- wasting time.

I would very much appreciate suggestions/scenarios that have worked for you.

Hey @Lanette_Schira, I’ve run into this too — one thing that helps is setting up an approval task with the creative file attached once, then using rules to automatically add both Directors as collaborators or assign them as approvers. That way the creative only has to upload once, and both approvers get notified and can review the same task instead of searching around. Another option is to use a custom field or subtask for tracking each approval, but still link back to the single source task with the file. Keeps everything in one place without extra uploads.
