I can’t add my new email address to my account. I have added it several times and it does not show up in the notification section of My Profile Settings.
I did receive the confirmation email but it does not show up in the section and thus I can not change my email address and all my notifications are getting lost and not seen.

This is probably related to the domain that it’s currently associated with your Organization. You can only switch your notifications to a new. email. address that is also associated with your Organization. You can check what domain is linked to your Organization following these steps:
- Click your profile picture
- Select “About my Organization”
- You will see your domain in the section “Associated email domains”
