I cannot see some of my company's teams and members in admin console

I cannot see some of my company’s teams and members in admin console and I cannot figure why. They are in the same organization which I’m admin. I also don’t see any quests invited by some of my team members.

Thank you for an advice.

What you can see/do depends on whether you’re an Admin or Super Admin, and with you’re looking at the Admin Console for an Organization or Division.
