There a way to see who's an admin or super admin in my organization?

Quick question, is there a why to find out who is an admin or super admin in Asana in my organization? Is there a listing in Asana that I can look up or do I have to ask my Asana rep? I have no idea who’s an admin or super admin on our account.

@Ron_Atienza - are you an admin in your account? If so, you can see the other super/admins by going to admin console > members > members tab and using the member type filter. More references can be found here.

If you are a non-admin user, I am not aware of a way to find this (you can find team admins on the team pages).

Yes, you can find your admins and super admins like this if you yourself are not an admin. Use Profile image > My organization:

Then click Admin access:

Admins can use Profile image > Admin console > Billing to see who the admins are.

Thanks,

Larry

No… I’m not an admin on my account? Hmmm, who do I contact then to become one? My rep or the one who set up the account for my org?

Thanks @lpb, sadly I don’t have that option since I’m n on admin myself. I’ll have to ask around then my org. Thanks for the reply though.

I updated my solution post above to clarify. I was pointing out that non-admins have a way to see who admins are, which is different than how existing admins see.

No option for me with a “My organization” link. I only see “Invite to Asana”, “Profile”, “Settings” and “+ Add another account” on my profile dropdown.

@Forum-team, Can you help? When I tell clients how to find out what plan they’re on or who the billing owner is, I expect any member will see a “My organization” menu item unless they’re an Admin in which case they’ll see an “Admin console” menu item.

@Ron_Atienza, Any chance you’re a Guest not a Member, or your org is on a Division or Team plan, not an Org plan?

Not a guest, I think we are on Enterprise plan for my org. How do I see what plan we have in Asana? Been trying to find it but nothing. Do I have to get this info from my Asana rep?

Your Asana Admin(s) and your rep would be able to tell you. I’ve seen this info accessible to org members via the same means I mentioned above, but I know that’s not available to you; hoping to learn more about why that is.

Thanks,

Larry

It could perhaps be that they are in a Division instead of an Org. When something isn’t quite right, my fallback is that it’s likely because it is a Division!

Hi @Ron_Atienza

Only admins have access to the admin console and billing information. For security and confidentiality reasons, we cannot display any sensitive information on the forum.

To determine who the admins or super admins are within your organization, we recommend reaching out to your internal team for assistance.

Thanks!

@Julio_V, Hoping you’ll be able to still follow up on the above.

@Richard_Sather, Yes, I suggested that earlier in There a way to see who's an admin or super admin in my organization? - #8 by lpb

Ah sorry, @lpb . I missed that!

Hi @lpb

Yes, that’s correct. Billing information is accessible to users, including details like their paid plan, billing owner, and the admin. They can simply click on their profile picture and navigate to “My Organization.”

As you and @Richard_Sather mentioned, it’s likely that there is a division plan in this case. The best solution would be to contact our support team.

Thank you both for your help!

Thank you everyone, I got in contact with my Asana rep, finally… she said there were many admins and super admins in my organization but for my “division” she listed who they were. So I guess that’s why I can’t see “My Organization” link. It is a division plan I guess.
