Company Directory

Hi,

It seems that when an account was made it set up a ‘company account’, however the person that did so is no longer with the company and we have lost admin control and can’t really use anything properly. Could someone please advise.

Hi @Hayley_Watson, welcome to the Asana Community Forum! The Admin Console is currently only available to Premium, Business and Enterprise Organizations. If your Organization has any of those plans, you can confirm who is the Admin by following these steps:

  • Click your profile picture
  • Select “About my Organization”
  • In the Overview tab you can see the Admin
  • In the billing tab you can see what is the current plan associated to your Organization
