Hi-I submitted a case through the chatbot nearly a week ago. I haven’t gotten a response and I can’t email support@asana.com (grrr). How do I find out that status of an open ticket? Thanks.

Hi @Dan_Hardy, @Bastien_Siebman is correct, there is no way to “track” the status of your request, but our team will be in touch shortly.
I am able to see ticket status by logging in here: Zendesk Auth
