Visibility of Zendesk status

Hello - I’m currently experimenting with Asana as am considering a switch from Monday.

We use Zendesk for support ticket management, and in Monday I can sync the Monday status with the Zendesk status, so I can see at a glance the status of all Zendesk tickets within Monday.

Is there some way to display the Zendesk status on the list view in Asana? Or do i have to click into each item individually within Asana to see the Zendesk status?

If that isn’t possible I assume it is the same for all other helpdesk integrations?

As our Zendesk integration is relatively new (just launched in March :tada:) it is not yet possible to view the Zendesk status directly in Asana. Currently, it is possible to view the Zendesk ticket title, number, and assignee in Asana only.

Hopefully this is something our Product team can implement in the near future! I’ll keep you posted with any updates on this thread :slight_smile:
