I just wanted to ask if it would be possible to see the real time from Zendesk ticket in Asana.
Right now, Asana-Zendesk integration (widget) doesn’t support that but wanted to check if this would be possible somehow.

Do you refer to when a ticket was opened in Zendesk
Real time as in the duration of time spent on a Zendesk ticket.
Hey @Sophie9 Ah okay yeah not aware that this is possible atm. I mean you can possibly look into other integrations such as Zapier, etc and see if it is possible via them. Mainly you’d probably have to find a way to pull over the Zendesk ticket report where all the stats show
