We are using the free version and have the maximum 15 users set up. But only three of these users are active, so I want to delete the other 12 that don’t use Asana at all. However, the users were set up a long time ago and I have no idea who they are. How can I get a list of users for the organization?

If you know the name of the users you need to remove, you can deprovision them using the basic version of Asana following these steps: Setting up an organization in Asana | Product guide • Asana Product Guide
