How can I use Asana Form to create a requirement intake form?

I am trying to use Asana and how we can create excel forms for requirement intake using forms. I played with the forms functionality but it provides a basic form and formatting is not an option

There’s very limited layout choices in Asana forms, though there are many types of form inputs you can choose from, and you can format text in the header and each question.

With rules, you could reformat some of the answers you capture (as custom fields) into a layout you like within the Description of the resulting tasks in the project.

There is always a possibility to automate this using an app like Zapier. Whenever a new line (i.e. a new form) is added to a spreadsheet, create a new task in Asana. As @lpb says, you could streamline this with custom fields, etc.

It requires more setup then creating an Asana form, but you could still use the form you are using now.
