"How can I setup a project in Asana where a "client" can see tasks and tag, but NOT see all of the other projects we manage in Asana.

Hello @Julie_Edgett,

if you add the client only to this one project they won‘t be able to see other projects.
And you could add them with commenter access only so they won‘t be able to make any changes.
Otherwise you can give them editor access if you prefer.
